Our cows are raised in a healthy environment on lush green pastures. They drink fresh, clean water with nitrates under .09 and feed is certified organic, grown without any chemical herbicides, pesticides and fungicides. They receive no antibiotics or hormones.

Pastured, Free-Range Poultry from Amish Farmers
CHICKEN & TURKEY

Our poultry are raised on lush green pastures, moved to a new pasture every 3 days. They have covered hutches on skids to protect them from the weather and to enable them to be moved along with the poultry. All of the grain they eat is certified organic, which means no antibiotics, hormones, pesticides, herbicides, or fungicides.

Pastured Pigs & Lambs

Our pigs and lambs are raised on beautiful lush green pastures and are rotated to a new pasture every day to ensure them plenty of fresh feed. They are fed only certified organic feed, which means no antibiotics, hormones, pesticides, herbicides, or fungicides.

Wholesome Sausages & Hot Dogs

Our hot dogs and sausages are all meat (no "Parts"). Our beef products are made with rump roast, round roast and chuck roast, ground up with certified organic spices in a natural casing. This makes a hot dog or sausage you can be proud to eat, as it is wholesome and safe.
No nitrates, nitrites or MSG either!

Buffalo

The lush grasslands of Nebraska, where all our buffalo are raised, have been certified organic since 1998. Our buffalo are never subjected to chemical herbicides, pesticides and fungicides. They receive no antibiotics or hormones.

All our meat products must be processed in a USDA certified organic facility under strict standards; which always provides extremely sanitary processing conditions. We naturally dry age the beef which is usually 14 to 21 days, pork 3 to 4 days. No chemicals are added for aging and no irradiation used. Our pork products have no nitrites, nitrates, or MSG in them. All ingredients, such as spices, salt, honey etc., are certified organic.
